Who we are

BikePort was founded in 2017 by Marco Steiger and Stefano Bergamaschi, guides, experts and bike lovers. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth, now welcoming a passionate and multidisciplinary team ready to share their experience and knowledge in the industry.

 

BikePort provides quality products and services for cyclists of all ages and levels. The company offers new and second-hand e-bikes and bicycles, provides the largest and most diversified fleet of rental bicycles in Ticino, offers customised guided tours for individuals, groups and companies, and has a fully equipped workshop where bicycles of all brands are maintained and repaired.

In addition, BikePort is active in the B2B sector, providing a wide range of services to promote and facilitate the use of bicycles in our region. The company works with both public and private entities to transform urban spaces and existing facilities into welcoming environments for cycling enthusiasts of all ages.

Mirco Pedrazzi

Mirco is our expert mechanic. He runs the workshop competently and also takes care of the rental and sale of bicycles and e-bikes. His professionalism ensures that every bike is in perfect condition.

Nathalie Ferbàr
  • Business Developer

She is keen in hosting people and loves biking. Whether by road bike over the Gotthard pass, by mountain bike on the trails of Cardada-Cimetta or by e-bike from Bellinzona through the Magadino plain to Lage Maggiore. Her job is also her passion: conveying her enthusiasm for cycling to business customers and institutional partners.

  
Matteo Steiner
  • Location manager Bellinzona

Matteo manages our headquarter in Bellinzona. He is responsible for communicating with clients, preparing offers for guided tours and acquiring equipment. He is active as a guide and enjoys sharing his passion for cycling.
Since 2023 BikePort has joined the Swisstainable programme, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability and the promotion of responsible tourism. Through this initiative, BikePort adopts ecological and sustainable practices, helping to reduce the environmental impact of its activities and to promote tourist development that respects and enhances the Ticino region.
